Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 12 turkey breast slices or any other deli meat
  • 1 Southwest salad kit

Instructions

  • Prep the filling. In a large mixing bowl toss together the contents of the Southwest salad kit (salad greens, dressing, cheese, and crunchy toppings). Mix until evenly combined and coated in dressing.
  • Assemble the wraps. Lay the tortilla on a cutting board or even surface. Add 4 slices of turkey breast on the tortilla like shown in the picture.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the Southwest salad mixture into the center of the tortilla on top of the turkey slices. Spread evenly, making sure to leave about 1-inch clear from the edges.
  • Roll up the wrap. Fold in the left and right edge of the tortilla towards the center. Then, starting at the bottom edge, roll the wrap upwards. See the step by step instructions above for a quick video on how to fold a wrap.
  • Serve & enjoy! Slice in half before serving.

Notes

  • I used 4 turkey slices per wrap, but you can use more or less depending on your preference.

  • Making a nice, tight, neat wrap can take a little bit of practice! Try warming up the tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave before assembling which can make it a little easier to roll and fold. Make sure to check out the video on how to fold a wrap above!

  • If you have any leftover veggies in the fridge, feel free to add it to these wraps!

  • I recommend eating these wraps right away for maximum freshness. But you can definitely meal prep and store these wraps in the fridge for up to 3 days. Wrap it up in plastic wrap or aluminum foil before storing in the fridge.
