Peach Cottage Cheese Toast with Honey
A quick, easy, protein-packed breakfast or snack that's ready in less than 10 minutes! It’s a delicious and healthy recipe that can be made with just 4 simple ingredients.

- 1 slice bread
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese low-fat or full-fat
- 1 medium ripe peach cut into slices/wedges
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
Optional toppings
- chopped nuts, balsamic glaze, or fresh basil
Toast the bread (optional). If you like your toast a little crispy, toast your slice of bread lightly on the skillet with a drizzle of olive oil or in the toaster on low setting until it becomes light golden on top.
Add cottage cheese on top of the bread. Spread evenly across the bread using a knife. I used ⅓ cup of cottage cheese, but you can use more or less depending on your preference.
Top with sliced peach wedges. Arrange them in an even layer on top of the cottage cheese spread.
Drizzle honey on top of the peach slices. You can skip this step if you want, or if you are making this toast for young kids.
Serve and enjoy! You can top with fresh basil, chopped nuts, chia seeds, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired!
