Hi! I’m Dr. Nikita – but please, just call me Nikita!
I’m a pediatrician by day, food blogger by nights & weekends.
I’ve been a practicing primary care pediatrician since 2019. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me crafting, gardening, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
By no means am I an expert cook, but I’ve been meal planning and teaching myself how to make simple meals since med school. Some of my favorite recipes are ones that require just a handful of ingredients!
I know how overwhelming it can be to get healthy meals on the table for the whole family, especially as a busy parent on a tight budget. Healthy eating should be easy and affordable for everyone.
