Okay so it’s only August 17th, but it feels like fall is right around the corner. Well, I guess it technically is right around the corner since it’s just a month away 🤔

I’m already dreaming and scheming of all the recipes I wanna make this fall. I always end up making the same stuff every year, so this year my goal is try out some new fall produce, recipes, and flavors.

As I was writing out my fall meal plan, I decided to create this recipe roundup featuring 25 easy & cozy fall recipes. Not gonna lie, of all the recipe roundups I’ve made so far, I had the most fun making this one!

I’ve included hearty soups, pasta dinners, classic fall desserts, and cozy warm drinks on this list. The best part is that all of the recipes in this roundup are made using 5 ingredients or less!

1. Butternut Squash Soup

I recently learned about cheeseburger soup, and oh my gosh I want to make it on repeat now. It’s a hearty soup that’s also high in protein and packed with flavor. I like to make mine with ground turkey, but you can also use ground beef or even ground chicken for this soup.

This is the perfect high protein, high fiber soup that’s also vegetarian! Lentils have amazing health benefits and this soup is a great way to incorporate them into your diet this week.

Now, lentil soup is pretty hard to make with 5 ingredients or less, so this recipe does have over 5 ingredients. But I promise you it’s still easy and well worth the extra effort!
