I’ve realized that when I eat a high protein breakfast, I stay energized and focused for hours, and get less cravings for junk food at night!

But I also get the struggle of not having enough time to make breakfast in the morning. Between getting ready for work, getting kids out the door, and packing lunches – mornings can feel pretty darn chaotic and cooking breakfast sounds like a pipe dream!
