You guys – I think I discovered the easiest lunch wrap ever – a chicken caesar wrap made using a caesar salad kit! I’ve been making these wraps on repeat all summer. Not even exaggerating.

I’ve recently been obsessed with salad kits. (No idea how have I slept on these for so long?!) You can buy them at really any grocery store. Trader Joe’s, Target, Kroger’s…they all have them.

🌯 Looking for another easy salad kit wrap? Try this 3-ingredient southwest turkey wrap that’s ready in under 10 minutes!

Salad kits contain everything you need to make a salad – the greens, toppings, and dressing. Sure you can make a salad with the salad kit, but there are so many other ways you can use them!

In this recipe, I’m turning a caesar salad kit into a delicious chicken caesar salad wrap. Just 3 ingredients and 10 minutes, and you’ll have a delicious high protein lunch that doesn’t require any cooking!

You can make them for a teens’ school lunch, pop them into your work bag for a quick lunch, or as a fresh summer snack or appetizer! Even beginners and college students with a small kitchen or no cooking equipment can make these easy no-cook wraps.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

🌯 These caesar salad wraps are:

  • Made with just 3 ingredients
  • Ready in 10 minutes (or less!)
  • No-cook
  • Healthy & high-protein
  • Packed with veggies
  • Incredibly customizable

Ingredients & Substitutions

  • Caesar salad kit – I love the caesar salad kit from Trader Joe’s but you can use any salad kit from your local grocery store. Just make sure that includes a packet of dressing, croutons, and some shredded cheese.

  • Cooked chicken strips or chunks – You can cook and shred chicken breasts, or you can use shortcuts like rotisserie chicken, canned chicken chunks, grilled chicken strips, or even cut up breaded chicken strips!

  • Flour tortillas – I used 10 inch flour tortillas, but you can use spinach or whole wheat wraps if you prefer. I would recommend a larger size burrito-style tortilla for these wraps.

📌 OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: Feel free to throw in some extra veggies like sliced avocado, chopped cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, or red onion!

How to Make 3-Ingredient Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Storage Instructions

  • Meal Prep: Wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap, then store in an air tight container in the fridge. Pack in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack. Keep the wrap chilled until lunchtime to prevent bacterial contamination.

  • Fridge: Assembled wraps last up to 2 days in the fridge when tightly wrapped in foil/plastic wrap or stored in an airtight container. I’d recommend eating within 24 hours if you can, but 2 days is the max I would store these since the salad greens and crunchy toppings may start wilting after a couple days.

  • Freezer: Not recommended.

3-Ingredient Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

These delicious 3-ingredient Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a quick, easy, high protein lunch that you can make in minutes without even turning on the stove! Perfect for a last-minute lunch you can pack in a school lunchbox or take to work.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Course Dinner, Lunch
Servings 4 wraps

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 6 oz cooked grilled chicken strips (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 caesar salad kit (includes salad greens, dressing, croutons, & shredded parmesan cheese)

Instructions

  • Prep the filling. In a large mixing bowl toss together the contents of the caesar salad kit (salad greens, dressing, croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese).
  • Add cooked chicken strips to the mixing bowl. Mix everything until evenly combined.
  • Assemble the wraps. Lay out a tortilla on a cutting board or even surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken caesar salad mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  • Roll up the wrap. Fold in the left and right edge of the tortilla towards the center. Then, starting at the bottom edge, roll the wrap upwards. See the step by step instructions above for a quick video on how to fold a wrap.
  • Serve & enjoy! Slice in half before serving.

Notes

  • Making a nice, tight, neat wrap can take a little bit of practice! Try warming up the tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave before assembling which can make it a little easier to roll and fold

  • If you have any leftover veggies in the fridge, feel free to add it to these wraps!

  • I recommend eating these wraps right away for maximum freshness. You can store them in an air tight container for up to 24 hours and they’ll still taste great, but beyond that they might start to get a little soggy
