I wanted to get this post up a month ago, but life has just completely gotten in the way. Between moving, starting a new job, figuring out new routines – it’s been quite a month.
But I’m excited to be posting again and today I’m sharing 26 easy spring dinners that you can make with only 5 ingredients or less!
My favorite part about spring (next to gardening) is all the fresh fruits & vegetables at the farmer’s market. I’m a big fan of cooking seasonally, and spring is one of the best months to do that!
